Cupping Therapy
Dry and silicone cupping to decompress soft tissue, improve blood flow, and relieve chronic muscle tension as a complement to physiotherapy.
About This Treatment
Cupping uses negative pressure cups applied to the skin to lift and decompress underlying soft tissue. This promotes blood flow, reduces fascial restrictions, and accelerates metabolic waste removal from muscles. At TRX, both static dry cupping and dynamic silicone cupping are used depending on the condition.
Treatment Process
1
Area Preparation
Clean and oil the treatment area
2
Cup Placement
Static cups placed over restricted tissue for 5–10 minutes
3
Dynamic Cupping
Silicone cups moved along fascial lines
4
Post-treatment
Light massage and hydration recommendation
